 2023-24 Executive Board

Our board is made up of a diverse group of parents who all share the desire to serve Washington Woods families, students, and faculty.  The Executive board meets once a month to discuss needs, financials, and upcoming events. Our long term goal is to leave a legacy that is well organized and easy to navigate to allow parents to transition in and out with ease.  If you are interested in learning a board position (no commitment necessary), please email Washingtonwoodspto@gmail.com with your areas of interest, no experience needed.

PRESIDENT

Justine McFall

Hi!

My name is Justine McFall and I am excited to be stepping into the role of PTO President this year! I’ve been involved in the WWES PTO since 2020. This year I hope to continue getting to know all the new faces and building relationships with all the incredible families at WWES. My goal is to make the PTO a welcoming place for everyone!

My husband, Tyler, and I have 4 children; Graysen, 9, in 4th grade, Emmett, 8, in 3rd grade, Owyen, 6, in 1st grade and Rosealie, 4, who will be attending All Aboard at the ELC. Tyler is the co-owner of a local pest control company, Vermission, and I am a Realtor with Indiana Realty Group. When I’m not working or at a school event, you can find me at Grand Park cheering on my little baseball players. I’m always down for great times, great food, and great friends. GO ROCKS!

VICE PRESIDENT

Laurenlee Tritle

My name is Laurenlee Tritle and our family of 5 live in the Crestview neighborhood. Charlotte is going in to 3rd, Grant in to 1st, and Tessa kindergarten. We keep things real and believe that a conversation can solve most problems. If you want to be a part of something great, just show up. I look forward to serving for the third year on the Woods PTO!

SECRETARY

Krystal Spahr

Hi! My name is Krystal Spahr and my girls, Avery and Keira are going to be third graders at WWES. I am excited to start my third year on the PTO board! This year I will be taking over the secretary position and helping with teacher appreciation events, Fun Run, and planning dine outs!

I graduated from Michigan State University and am currently working as a pharmacy technician at Costco. I love reading, watching movies, and playing putt putt! We have a cat named Cheesy who likes to play fetch. :) Our family loves swimming and playing board games!

CO-TREASURER

Sarah Lowery

sarahjolowery@gmail.com

Hi! My name is Sarah Lowery, and this is my 3rd year on the PTO board as a Co- Treasurer! My husband, Shane, and I have lived in Westfield since 2017. We have 3 kids: Our twins, Matt and Eli, are going into 5th grade at Westfield Intermediate. Ben will be in 3rd grade here at Washington Woods. I love boy bands, reading, the beach, and puppies (we have a pug named Evie). This is my second year on the PTO board in a treasurer position and I'm looking forward to a great year!

CO-TREASURER

Amanda Malik

malik.amanda@gmail.com

My name is Amanda Malik, and I’m this year’s assistant treasurer. My husband, Michael, and I have been married for 15 years and are the proud parents of three 2nd graders — Madeline, Cecelia, and Graham. Yes, they are triplets. Yes, the girls are identical. And yes, our life is the best kind of crazy. I work as the chief financial officer for a small agricultural construction company and spend any free time I can find reading, working in my pollinator garden, and hiking with my family, including our dog, Birdie. Our family feels so lucky to be part of WWES, and so much of what makes our school special is the extra community created by the PTO. From Trunk or Treat to Book Fairy to the Spring Fling, all of the work put in by the PTO makes special childhood moments for our kids, and I want to work hard to keep up the tradition of this amazing school.

HOSPITALITY

Courtney Drummond

drummond.courtney@gmail.com

I have been involved in the PTO since 2019, when my oldest was in 1st grade. The past 2 school years, I have co-chaired the Fun Run with Krystal, so joining the board felt like the perfect next step. I have been a respiratory therapist for 13 years and currently love working part time. My husband, Matt, and I have been married 13 years. We moved to Westfield in 2011 with the intention of raising our family here. Our oldest, Ryne, is going into 5th grade, and is a double red stripe belt in Taekwondo. Our twins are going into 2nd grade. Calvin is a talented dancer, and  Theo is going to play soccer in the fall. Our youngest, Myles, has 1 more year of pre-k before joining his brothers at WWES. Our family is committed to contributing to our Westfield community and look forward to a great school year.
